Infinity Blade: Update #1, v1.1, was the first major update to Infinity Blade I, being released on December 21, 2010. The update added the following:
- Five new helmets: Holiday Helm, Kaldan, Mana Crown, Oroku, and Trajan.
- Five new weapons: Bolt, Ember, Frostbite, Khill, Unfaithful.
- Five new shields: Dorn, Hailstone, Norsal, Ruby Shield, The Patriot.
- One new armor: Helio Armor.
- One new enemy: Marrow Fiend.
- An increased maximum level, from 40 to 45.
- The ability for players to purchase gold with real money due to popular demand.
- A new elemental attack: Drain
