Prize Wheels are valuable items available for purchase in stores, found in chests, or dropped as loot. They are offered in three sizes, each providing various items. Larger Prize Wheels have a higher probability of awarding valuable items, such as the coveted Infinity Blade. To use a prize wheel, press "use" in the inventory, then spin the wheel. If not spun with enough power, it must be spun again.

There have been past complaints alleging that Prize Wheels are rigged, suggesting that only certain prizes can be won rather than the displayed options. However, there has been no confirmed evidence to support these claims.

The difficulty of obtaining specific items from the Prize Wheel varies, with some items being rarer than others. Typically, after a spin, the most common outcome is a red upside-down triangle.
